Dear parents of state-bound music students! There is a link to the State Music Schedule held at the UW-Eau Claire Campus this Saturday, May 5, 2012. The bus will leave at 6:45 a.m. and will return to Whitehall at 5 p.m. All students are expected to be on the bus. If you need to bring your child or pick them up, you need to contact us before 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2012. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Mrs. Kjos or myself at school. Wednesday, May 23, 2012
All senior high band and choir students and their families are invited to
attend the annual Music Banquet on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 6 p.m. in the
high school commons. Our Senior
High Band and Choir Concert and Awards Night will immediately follow the
banquet, at 7 p.m. in the auditorium.
Graduating seniors in band and choir receive a complimentary meal. Tickets for family members and students
are $8.00. Our Music Parents’
Organization provides funding for the seniors complimentary meals.
Following the meal, our Spring Band & Choir Concert with
Awards ceremony will be held in the auditorium. The concert is required for all senior high band and choir
members. For planning purposes, we
would like all reservations in by Wednesday, May 16, 2012. Please fill out the form with your reservation and send the money to school via mail or your child(ren).
